1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using ChatGPT Bulk Cleaner ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

ChatGPT Bulk Cleaner is a browser extension designed to help users manage ChatGPT conversations, including bulk selection, deletion, archiving, and related productivity features.

The Extension is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for actions performed using the Extension. Review your selections carefully before deleting or archiving conversations. Deleted conversations may not be recoverable.

4. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will operate without interruption.
• The Extension will always be compatible with ChatGPT.
• All features will function correctly under all circumstances.
• Data loss will never occur.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for loss of conversations, data, business opportunities, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your use of the Extension is at your own risk.

6. Payments

Certain features may require a one-time purchase. Prices may change for future purchases. Existing lifetime purchases retain access to the features included at the time of purchase.

Lifetime licenses do not guarantee future feature additions, updates, support, or continued service availability. Future features may be offered separately at our discretion.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Extension at any time. We may update these Terms when necessary.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Product Lifecycle and Discontinuation

ChatGPT Bulk Cleaner is sold as a one-time purchase software license. We may provide updates, bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and new features at our discretion, but we are not obligated to continue development, maintenance, or support indefinitely.

We may discontinue development, stop releasing updates, remove the Extension from browser marketplaces, suspend associated services, or retire the product at any time.

The purchase grants access to the software and features available at the time of purchase. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not the purchaser. Discontinuation alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.
